John and his wife Mary are living in
McHenry, Illinois. What does John consider his life's
greatest accomplishment to be? Of course, Mary and John's
three wonderful children! In his spare time, John enjoys
woodworking and fishing. John modestly says he thinks he
remembers being "Papa Papa" in the senior class play. He
was Papa all right, he was the King with 12 lovely
daughters - princesses who wore out their shoes when
they'd sneak out to go dancing every night. Check out
King John's picture on the "Remember Your Class Play"
page of this website. He is surrounded by 12 adoring
lovely ladies! (Ahhh! John, I bet a lot of guys envied
you that part in the play.) His favorite KP teacher was
Miss Scheff. John says she made me appreciate his other
KP teachers. (Oh! John, we all know what you mean by
that!) His least favorite teacher? Miss Scheff! Why? She
made him appreciate his other teachers! He does have fond
memories of Mrs. Maccallini's class. John graduated from
Anderson Elementary School before going on to
KP.
