What Ever Happened To?

Ruth Ott (Huff)

Ruth was married to Richard Beck for 42 years. They had 6 wonderful children together - 4 boys and 2 girls. In August 2001, Richard died. After 42 years of marriage to the same wonderful man, Ruth never thought she'd find happiness again, but she did. In 2003 Ruth Ott Beck and Luther Huff were married. They are both retired and enjoy traveling, fishing, RVing, and they especially enjoy spending time with their 4 delightful grand children. Ruth taught piano lessons for about 20 years. In addition to raising her 6 children, Ruth considers having taught hundreds of children how to play the piano one of her greatest accomplishments. She has lived in California for over 40 years. One of her fondest KP memory is playing the piano for chorus. Ruth also played the piano for the senior class play - the Senior Follies - "Mother Was A Freshman". She especially liked Mr. Polk. Ruth thought Mr. Polk was cute. She also thought he was a great choral director. Though Mr. Cady gets a thumbs down from Ruth. She says he was boring! (Did anybody like poor Mr. Cady?) In her spare time, Ruth likes to sew, do needlework, read, and of course, play her piano. She graduated from Nobel Elementary School.
